1. Use the "أداة الترجمة والتحويل" to convert a CSV file into a TTML subtitle file
Open the free أداة الترجمة والتحويل, select "CSV" and set "convert" to "TTML". Generate and download the file. إذا واجهت مشكلات في تحويل الملف، يمكنك التواصل مع الدعم المجاني.
Make sure the CSV contains a column called "Timecode In", "Timecode Out" and "Subtitle". Otherwise it will not work.
